We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist clients in finding and securing the best mortgage solutions tailored to their financial situations and real estate goals. You will act as the key point of contact between clients and financial institutions, providing expert guidance through the entire mortgage process.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a wide range of mortgage options including fixed, variable, and Islamic finance products.
Conduct financial assessments to determine clients' mortgage eligibility.
Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gather all necessary documentation.
Liaise with banks, underwriters, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Stay updated on the UAE mortgage market, interest rate trends, and Central Bank regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with partner banks and real estate agents.
Provide exceptional post-sale support and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and financial regulations in the UAE.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products, both conventional and Islamic finance.
Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and Central Bank guidelines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
UAE driving license is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot).
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Existing network of bank contacts is a strong plus.
