Job Responsibilities
  • Receive escalated requests from the ITOPS team and manage the day-to-day administration of O365 services and Azure AD environment.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to modern workplace and end-user computing, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  • Design and implement O365 solutions that align with business needs and requirements.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of O365 migration projects, including managing the migration of data and user accounts.
  • Implementing and managing collaboration tools: Deploying and managing collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Viva, or other similar tools that facilitate communication, file sharing, and project management among employees.
  • Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate, implement, and integrate new technologies and solutions.
  • The goal of a Modern Workplace Specialist is to create a digital ecosystem that enables employees to work efficiently, collaborate seamlessly, and adapt to evolving work trends. By leveraging the latest technology and tools, they help organizations create a modern, agile, and productive work environment.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
  • Relevant industry certifications including Microsoft.
  • Technical experience and in-depth skills managing and supporting Microsoft platforms including M365 services: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Conditional Access controls, MFA.
  • Intune or other MDM solution experience.
  • Experience with administration of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • PowerShell scripting and automation skills preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
