3. Key Performance Areas: Core, essential responsibilities / outputs of the position (KPA\'s)
The Specialist: IT Infrastructure Services will be accountable to achieve the following objectives:
Function as part of the MANCO team of experts and virtual teams that are tasked to identify partners for delivery of new IT products and services that can be implemented across Group IT
Coordinate with the different areas of Group IT and company for the procurement, implementation and monitoring of IT corporate infrastructure and solutions
Manage onboarding of cloud infrastructure requests and reporting on consumption.
Support delivery of Manco IT Initiatives and provide various reports to monitor the implementation of initiatives.
Implement optimisation elements to existing solutions where possible whilst permanent solutions are being negotiated
Piloting & rollout new capabilities related to Digital Workplace initiatives.
Support for the Group Digital Transformation program
Driving OPCO adoption of key Group led initiatives
Supporting and managing demand coming from BUs and OPCOs for Application, collaboration and other software services
Support and drive the Manco High Risk User Program and alignment with our Group Microsoft 365 collaboration services
Administrative role related to project tracking, documentation and reporting
Where applicable, support Group Operations and CAPEX steerco motivations, Purchase orders, Invoicing related to our IT Infra projects
Support in the review and management of service requests to ensure all they are correctly prioritized, scheduled and moved through the system as desired
Support for our Group Information Security team related to security and other services dependant on the Group IT MS365 Azure platform
Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders on Infrastructure Architecture Services related issues.
Provide insight into (or take the lead on) IT Infrastructure Services projects / programmes / initiatives or objectives.
Regularly report status, progress, issues and risks to management, with supporting metrics where available
Manage, team and collaborate with other team members in the IT infra domain on overall product lifecycle of Manco end user IT assets
Key Deliverables
Analysis & Reporting of the current and future consumption of cloud infrastructure
Remediation & reporting of current license consumption across OpCos
Liaise with End user support teams & Client Server teams on the administration and resolution of Modern Workplace initiatives
Develop reports, briefings & other artefacts supporting the Group Tech initiatives
Process flow mapping of customer journeys to systems
Deliverable tracking and mitigation management of initiatives being rolled out.

4. Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Competencies)
Education:
Minimum of 3 year tertiary degree / diploma
Relevant certification / accreditation / membership with professional body is advantageous
Fluent in English
Relevant Microsoft certification focussed on Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure and related
Relevant Security certification
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an area of specialisation coupled with supervising others (MTN & 3 rd parties)
Worked across diverse cultures and geographies (advantageous)
Self-motivated with strong project and people/ stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a medium to large organization
