You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of repairs and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, motherboard-level diagnostics, and soldering work.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS).
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
Ensure proper handling of customer devices and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair status and options clearly.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in mobile phone and laptop/computer repair.
Strong technical knowledge of Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS devices.
Experience in chip-level and motherboard repair is a strong plus.
Ability to use repair tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
