Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile and Computer Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both hardware and software issues and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair hardware issues in mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops (e.g., screen replacement, battery issues, motherboard problems, etc.) Identify and resolve software problems including OS installation, virus removal, data recovery, and software configuration. Perform regular maintenance and updates on devices. Replace defective parts using appropriate tools and methods. Document all repairs, parts used, and services provided. Maintain inventory of tools and replacement parts. Provide technical support and guidance to customers in-person or remotely. Test devices after repair to ensure full functionality. Stay updated on new mobile and computer technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a technician in mobile and/or computer repair (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems. Familiarity with Android, iOS, Windows, and MacOS platforms. Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification in IT, electronics, or related field is an advantage (e.g., CompTIA A+, Apple Certified, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience with soldering and micro-soldering techniques. Knowledge of networking and system administration. Bilingual communication skills (if applicable to the location).
