We are seeking a talented

Mixologist

to join a prestigious

luxury hotel group

in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will specialize in crafting unique cocktails and beverages while providing exceptional guest experiences in a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks according to guest preferences and brand standards. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times. Monitor bar inventory and coordinate stock replenishment as needed. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or inquiries. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations. Collaborate with the F&B team to develop innovative drink menus and seasonal beverage offerings.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Bartending or Mixology from a recognized institution. Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Mixologist in high-end hotels or upscale venues. Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and current drink trends. Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills. Attention to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards. Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
