Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks in accordance with guest preferences and brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times.
Monitor bar inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the F&B team to develop innovative drink menus and seasonal beverage offerings.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; formal certification in Bartending or Mixology from a recognized institution is preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Mixologist within luxury international hotels.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques, beverages, and current industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
