Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce pastry, desserts, and bakery items according to hotel standards and recipes
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry and dessert items
Supervise and assist junior pastry staff in their tasks
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety
Monitor pastry kitchen equipment and report any issues
Assist across different sections of the pastry kitchen as required
Support cost management by minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency
Qualifications & Skills:
Culinary Arts or Pastry certification preferred
Minimum
3-4 years' experience
as a Pastry Chef de Partie in luxury hotels or reputable kitchens
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert preparation
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
