We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Analyst / Financial Analyst

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing MIS reporting, conducting financial analysis, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports with accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Prepare and present financial statements, variance analysis, and performance reports to highlight key financial metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and improve data and reporting processes. Support budgeting and forecasting activities with financial modeling and analytical insights. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity and safeguard company assets. Evaluate profitability, cost efficiency, and other key performance indicators through financial analysis. Automate reporting processes using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI software to increase efficiency and reduce manual work. Stay current with accounting standards, financial regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance. Assist in audits by preparing documentation, providing explanations, and addressing any MIS-related audit findings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, or a similar role. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
