Assist in preparing accurate quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and specifications.
Support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender documents, and cost estimates.
Assist in evaluating and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Monitor project costs and report on financial progress to senior QS and project managers.
Assist in contract administration, including interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Maintain records of construction progress, variations, and site instructions.
Collaborate with site engineers and project teams to gather data for quantity surveying tasks.
Participate in site visits and inspections to verify measurements and progress.
Ensure compliance with relevant contractual and regulatory requirements.
Support procurement of materials and subcontractors and track delivery and invoicing.
Assist in preparing and analyzing cost reports and value engineering proposals.
