Job Description
IIQAF is looking for an experienced and driven Merchandising Leader to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our merchandise planners and buyers in the development and execution of our merchandise strategies.

- Develop comprehensive merchandise plans and analyze market data to understand trends and customer needs.
- Monitor sales performance to ensure strategies are successfully executed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure merchandise expectations are clear.
- Assess risks associated with merchandise purchasing decisions.
- Recommend changes to merchandise plans in order to hit financial performance and customer service targets.
- Lead pricing and merchandising activities to maximize brand awareness and profitability.
- Support the development of promotional initiatives to increase consumer demand.
- Administer operations related to the delivery of merchandise to ensure timeliness and fulfillment of back-orders.
- Operate a trusted \xe2\x80\x9cMerchandise Review Committee\xe2\x80\x9d to evaluate risks and identify opportunities
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business or similar field
- 3 years experience in merchandising, retail buyer or a related role
- Proven ability to accurately forecast and utilize trend analysis to plan future growth of the business
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and to hone in on the best possible solutions
- Expert knowledge of multi-channel retail merchandising and marketing strategies
