Manage day to day operations of Merchandising Team and develop their skills to provide better service level that will support the sales process.. Ensure the Perfect store execution at outlet level & Roll out Trade Marketing initiatives across the market. . Monitoring MSL Implementation. Ensure BDA visibility counterparts execution.. Setting Monthly Route plan and ensure the route adherence and provide the daily field report. Carry out all administrative activities related to the merchandising team (PPE, POSM, Health Cards etc);. On the Job training and coaching to the team * Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain. * Foster a culture of sustainability, encouraging team members to promote management, compliance with the Company's global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) indicators and commitments, ensuring a connection between a strategic vision of the organization and a strategic vision of its area for sustainable development in BRF chain. Job ResponsibilitiesAcademic BackgroundBachelor Degree Desirable requirementsComputer Skills (Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) , Email / Internet.
