Job Description
IIQAF is seeking an experienced Merchandising Leader to help maximize its success in the retail/fashion industry. This position will lead a highly talented team of merchandising managers responsible for creating innovative and attractive displays that will capture the attention of customers and increase sales.
As the Merchandising Leader, you will be responsible for understanding consumer trends, recommending products, and setting trends within the retail/fashion industry. You will facilitate collaboration with the design and marketing teams to create displays that match and exceed our customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.

Job Responsibilities
- Tap into consumer trends and facilitate the sales strategy for the brand.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop visually stunning product displays.
- Develop merchandising plans that will boost sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Shares ideas and insights on a regular basis while understanding the goals of the company.
- Manages inventory to ensure no overstocking or understocking of products.
- Supervise merchandise managers and set sales targets for them.
- Work closely with store management to ensure all merchandising plans are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of direct merchandising or business experience.
- An eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal direction.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
