Job Description
The IIQAF is looking for an experienced Merchandising Leader to provide strategic and operational direction in the development of our retail sales initiatives. This position involves developing and executing strategies for increasing sales across our portfolio of products.
The Merchandising Leader will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the overall merchandising strategy for our retail stores.
- Analyzing customer shopping behaviors and buying trends in order to create and implement merchandising plans that best meet our customer needs.
- Developing pricing strategies, establishing promotional plans, and controlling inventory in alignment with our brand goals.
- Utilizing current and new technologies to develop innovative, data-driven strategies to increase sales.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and other partners in order to ensure a steady supply of quality products.
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns for promotions and new product launches.
- Collaborating across the business to create customer-centric experiences that will fuel growth.
