MEP Supervisor / Foreman

who is technically strong, experienced, and passionate about leading and developing teams.

Role Overview:

As an MEP Supervisor / Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on site. You will guide and train junior technicians, ensure quality standards, and support technical study and project planning to achieve timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise MEP installation, commissioning, and maintenance works on site. Lead and mentor a team of junior technicians, providing hands-on training and development. Review project drawings, specifications, and installation plans; provide technical input. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution. Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions on site. Assist in preparing material take-offs, reports, and progress documentation. Support study and planning efforts for complex MEP systems and installations.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience as an MEP technician with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire-fighting. Proven ability to train and manage a team effectively. Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good communication skills in English; Arabic or Russian a plus. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Safety-conscious with good knowledge of site health & safety regulations.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,800.00 per month
