MEP Foreman

/MEP Supervisor

Qualification:- Degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:1. Site Supervision:

Supervise the day-to-day activities of MEP teams (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). Assign tasks to technicians and laborers based on work priorities and deadlines. Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved method statements.

2. Installation & Execution:

Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing, fire fighting, and related systems. Ensure the proper use of materials and tools at the site. Coordinate with civil and finishing teams to avoid work conflicts.

3. Quality & Safety Control:

Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures. Enforce site safety rules and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Report incidents, near misses, or unsafe practices immediately.

4. Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with MEP Engineers, subcontractors, and other site supervisors for smooth workflow. Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and issues. Resolve technical problems and escalate critical issues when necessary.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain daily site logs including manpower, activities, delays, and materials used. Assist in material take-offs and inventory tracking. Verify completed work for billing or inspection purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in Civil Engineering 3+ years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in construction projects. Strong understanding of MEP systems and technical drawings. Ability to read and interpret MEP plans, shop drawings, and schematics. Knowledge of safety standards and site protocols. Good leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
