Job Summary

The MEP Supervisor will support the execution and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities at the construction site, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision

Oversee daily MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Drainage systems. Ensure installations follow approved shop drawings and project standards. Monitor the progress of technicians and subcontractors.

2. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to resolve site issues. Prepare daily site reports and update the MEP Engineer / Project Engineer. Assist in planning manpower, material, and work sequences.

3. Quality & Compliance

Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications. Ensure adherence to safety rules and report any unsafe practices.

4. Material & Workforce Management

Verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper usage. Allocate tasks to MEP teams and monitor productivity.

5. Testing & Commissioning Support

Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire systems. Ensure punch lists/snags are completed before client inspection.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MEP construction activities. Ability to read drawings and technical documents. Good coordination and communication skills. Problem-solving ability and site supervision experience.
