Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all MEP activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems and ensure they meet quality and performance standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement. Provide technical guidance and support to MEP contractors and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget. Prepare and submit detailed site reports and documentation for project stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP supervision on construction sites in Dubai. In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards. Proven track record of managing complex MEP projects from inception to completion. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
