Job Summary

We are seeking Construction Field Supervisor; responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to project completion. This role requires a hands-on leader who ensures that the project is executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction materials and proven expertise in managing high-end interior fit-out phases

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily on-site work

, manage crews, and keep the project on schedule.

Supervise all finishing work

(flooring, painting, fixtures) to ensure a high-quality, detailed result.

Manage and inspect all incoming materials

and equipment for quality and availability.

Enforce all safety rules

and protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work site.

Conduct constant quality control checks

and maintain accurate daily reports and site logs.

Requirements

Demonstrable, hands-on experience managing and delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects (commercial, residential, or hospitality). Proven track record of successfully managing construction sites and meeting project deadlines. Expertise in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent problem-solving ability and capacity to make sound decisions under pressure. In-depth knowledge of Interior fit out materials, their properties, applications, and installation best practices. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in using project management software and standard office applications (MS Office, MS Project) is a plus.
