Quantity Surveyor cum Estimator
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities :
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine quantities and costs.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors to optimize project costs.
- Support project management and procurement teams on financial planning.
- Relevant qualifications and professional experience in your respective field.
- Prior experience in the construction or civil engineering sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
