Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare precise quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates for MEP works based on drawings and project specifications. Analyze tender documents to understand project scope, technical requirements, and cost factors. Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) aligned with approved project drawings. Perform rate analysis and support the preparation of cost breakdowns and budgets. Contribute to the tendering process, including pricing, documentation, and bid submissions. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for price verification and technical inputs. Monitor budget adherence and implement cost control measures during project execution. Evaluate subcontractor invoices, variations, and progress claims for accuracy and compliance. Assist in the preparation of monthly valuations, cost tracking reports, and financial statements. Ensure all estimation and cost control activities are aligned with project timelines and client requirements. Support procurement in obtaining competitive quotations and technical clarifications. Maintain updated records of cost data, project changes, and estimation logs. Provide post-contract support, including cost impact assessments and final account preparation. Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and project-specific quality benchmarks. Coordinate closely with the planning team for alignment of budget and construction schedules.
