MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) with Document Control experience

Key Requirements:
Minimum
7 years of relevant experience in GCC
.
Expertise in MEP quantity surveying and project cost control.
Experience in document control and managing project documentation.
Proficient in
MS Office
,
AutoCAD
, and QS software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review MEP quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Maintain and manage project documentation.
Assist in tendering and procurement processes.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Support senior management in reporting and project updates.
