Job Description

We are hiring an MEP Project Manager on behalf of a well-established contractor known for delivering large-scale industrial building projects.

The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scope, ensuring seamless coordination, technical accuracy, and successful project delivery. This position requires strong leadership, hands-on site management, and the ability to work closely with all project stakeholders.

Main Duties

Lead the planning and execution of all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and specialist subcontractors to maintain schedules and resolve issues Review technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and installation procedures Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements Oversee material procurement, testing, commissioning, and final system handover Monitor progress, costs, and any changes related to the MEP scope Manage submissions and approvals with relevant UAE authorities

Candidate Profile

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 8-10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the UAE construction sector Strong background in MEP management for industrial or large-scale building projects Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems Familiarity with UAE regulations and authority procedures (DEWA, DCD, etc.) Strong communication, coordination, and team-leading abilities Good command of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software UAE driving license is a plus
