Mep Project Manager
Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years as an MEP Project Manager (UAE experience essential), with MEP Company (Preferred).
PMP certification (preferred).
Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong engineering background to lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works for medium to large-scale construction projects in the UAE.
Capable of coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of all project activities, while meeting safety, quality, and budget requirements. & experience in high-rise buildings, commercial towers, hospitals, hotels, Schools or industrial facilities.
Ensure team productivity, motivation, and compliance with safety standards.
Resolve technical and operational issues to minimize delays or non-compliance.
