Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

MEP Project Manager

to oversee Mechanical, works for our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering MEP systems in line with project requirements, timelines, quality standards, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination skills to manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, plan, and supervise all MEP activities within the project scope. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards. Lead and coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams. Review and approve technical submittals, method statements, and shop drawings. Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and commercial issues. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to HSE policies. Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and project documentation. Drive value engineering and cost-control measures. Manage project close-out, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum

15+ years

of experience in MEP project management, preferably in MEP Contracting Company Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, DEWA, etc.). Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit preferred). Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

Previous experience in

high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, or industrial projects

. PMP or Project Management Certification is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
