Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully overseeing complex MEP systems installation and integration in commercial, residential, or industrial sectors. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage MEP projects from inception through completion, ensuring consistency with project scope, quality, and schedule. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement MEP designs. Prepare and manage project budget and schedules, including estimating costs and resource allocation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans, and address any issues that arise. Coordinate with construction teams to ensure the correct and efficient installation of MEP systems. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations concerning MEP projects. Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, including mentoring junior engineers and staff. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports. Prepare and deliver project presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project status and any challenges encountered.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management of MEP systems, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Professional certification. Strong understanding of MEP systems design, installation, and codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
