Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Manage end-to-end MEP works for interior fit-out projects, from design coordination through execution and handover. Review MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements. Develop and monitor project programs, manpower plans, and material schedules. Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.

Design Coordination & Approvals

Coordinate with consultants, designers, and main contractors to resolve design clashes and technical issues. Ensure timely preparation and submission of shop drawings, material submittals, and authority approvals. Coordinate MEP services with architectural, joinery, and specialist fit-out elements.

Site & Team Management

Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors. Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure productivity targets are met. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and compliance.

Subcontractor & Vendor Management

Appoint, coordinate, and manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers. Review subcontractor performance, work quality, and compliance with schedules. Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.

Cost Control & Reporting

Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control related to MEP works. Review and certify subcontractor progress claims and invoices. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including manpower, progress, and risk updates.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

Plan and oversee testing, commissioning, and balancing of MEP systems. Ensure completion of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation. Coordinate snag clearance and final handover to client/consultant.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure all MEP works comply with project HSE requirements and UAE regulations. Enforce safety procedures and conduct toolbox talks where required.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
