Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
All material submittals shall be reviewed, submitted, and approved in a timely manner to avoid any delay in project progress.
Support design efforts using
AutoCAD
for technical drawings and documentation.
Manage communications and relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure project compliance with local regulations and approvals through
Dubai's authority portals
(DEWA etc).
Monitor site progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and quality control.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in
Dubai's construction industry
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
.
Hands-on experience with
Dubai's authority portals
such as
DEWA
.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure.
