Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled MEP Project Coordinator to join our team for upcoming interiors fit-out projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works within interiors fit-out projects.
Review, monitor, and manage electrical, HVAC, and plumbing activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to achieve smooth project execution.
Support project management with technical input and timely resolution of MEP-related issues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
3-5 years' proven experience in MEP coordination within interiors fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing in fit-out environments.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
