Responsible for designing, reviewing, and supervising mechanical and MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.), ensuring compliance with codes, quality, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and review mechanical/MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Supervise site installations, testing, and commissioning.
Review material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
Ensure adherence to safety, codes, timelines, and budgets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in MEP design and site supervision.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems & relevant codes.
Skilled in AutoCAD/Revit and project coordination.
