Civil / Mechanical Engineer - Site Supervision & Building Maintenance Reporting

We are hiring a Civil or Mechanical Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing on-site teams, and preparing detailed reports related to the maintenance and performance of building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee construction and maintenance activities on-site
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors
Prepare detailed building maintenance reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
Identify, document, and resolve building system issues (civil/mechanical)
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Maintain and update maintenance logs and site records
Assist with planning and execution of repair or upgrade works
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
2+ years of experience in construction or building maintenance
Proficient in report preparation and maintenance documentation
Strong team coordination and communication skills
Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, structural systems (for mechanical/civil)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential, commercial, or facility management projects
Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
