1. Project Engineering & Design Coordination
Lead and manage all mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) works from concept to commissioning.
Review and validate consultant/shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Ensure compliance with EMAAR specifications, Dubai Civil Defense, and relevant local authority standards (DM, DEWA, DCD, etc.).
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.
2. Site Execution & Quality Control
Supervise site installation activities to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and testing (e.g., pressure testing, duct leakage test, equipment alignment, etc.).
Ensure strict quality control of materials, workmanship, and installation methods.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams and raise/close inspection requests (IRs) and NCRs.
3. Planning & Progress Monitoring
Prepare and review project schedules in coordination with planning engineers.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress; ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
Conduct regular progress meetings with site teams and subcontractors to track execution and resolve bottlenecks.
4. Resource Management
Allocate manpower and resources efficiently across multiple zones or floors of the high-rise structure.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely delivery of approved materials.
Supervise subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.
5. Client & Consultant Coordination
Act as the main point of contact with EMAAR project engineers and consultants for mechanical scope.
Attend technical and progress meetings, and prepare reports, MOMs, and action trackers.
Handle technical clarifications, drawing approvals, and variation requests.
6. Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Plan and supervise mechanical system commissioning in line with EMAAR and LEED requirements (if applicable).
Prepare handover documentation including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, test reports, and snag lists.
Lead system demonstration and training sessions for end-users/client representatives.
7. Compliance & Safety
Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies on site.
Participate in safety tool-box talks and enforce proper usage of PPE and safe installation practices.
8. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date project records, including RFIs, MIRs, inspection logs, and daily reports.
Generate weekly/monthly engineering and site execution reports for senior management and the client.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
