Job Description
One Works is looking for a talented
MEP Manager
to join our team in Dubai (with regular presence required in Sharjah, for ongoing aviation project; travel within the UAE and abroad may be required depending on project needs) to support Company's projects in the region and internationally.Be a part of our multidisciplinary team delivering complex, high-profile, and technically challenging projects worldwide. Our projects range from major airports and metro systems to infrastructure and landmark developments. You will play a leading role in ensuring the highest technical standards, effective subconsultant management, and the successful integration of MEP systems within large-scale architectural and engineering projects.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline; Master's degree preferred. 15+ years' experience in MEP engineering, including at least 5 years in a senior management role. Proven experience managing sub-consultants and contractors within complex building and infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Thorough knowledge of international and local codes and standards. UAE/GCC experience required; aviation or large infrastructure project experience preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills in a multidisciplinary environment. * Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
