A&M International is currently looking to hire an experienced

MEP Manager

to join our team in Sharjah. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in managing MEP projects within the UAE contracting industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience managing MEP projects in the UAE construction sector In-depth knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems Excellent ability to lead teams and oversee all phases of project execution Proficiency in design and planning software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project Full knowledge of local and international codes and regulations (e.g., DEWA, SEWA, DM, etc.) Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) UAE driving license is preferred

Responsibilities:

Full supervision of all mechanical and electrical works across projects Coordination between different departments (design, execution, procurement) to ensure smooth workflow Review and approval of technical drawings and follow-up on execution as per schedule and standards Prepare project progress reports and maintain communication with consultants and subcontractors Ensure full compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle
