Job Summary

As our MEP Manager, you will be the single point of accountability for all company activities, from project execution and sales growth to overall operations management. You will report directly to the owners, guiding the company's strategic vision and ensuring high-quality results across all projects and services. This role demands a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in sales, business development, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overall Operations & Leadership

Oversee all company activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments. Serve as the primary liaison between owners, project teams, clients, and vendors. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals and objectives. Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain a high-performance culture. Report regularly to company owners on project progress, financial performance, and operational challenges.
2. Site Supervision & Project Execution

Supervise on-site MEP activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, workers, and subcontractors for seamless project operations. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain timelines. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems to meet specifications. Monitor budgets and schedules for timely, cost-effective delivery.
3. Sales & Business Development

Drive sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure. Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms. Stay updated on industry trends to offer innovative solutions that differentiate the company in the market. Represent the company at industry events, fostering strong relationships and brand visibility.
4. Operational & Administrative Management

Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and financial estimates. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Lead procurement processes, negotiating cost-effective contracts with suppliers. Optimize resource allocation, implement cost-control measures, and ensure consistent profitability. Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of MEP and sales teams.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered). 5-7 years of leadership experience overseeing MEP projects, sales, and overall company operations. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and expanding business opportunities. In-depth knowledge of MEP design, installation, and commissioning. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools. Comprehensive understanding of UAE safety regulations and building codes.
