Job Description

Oversee and coordinate the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components of construction projects. Ensure that these systems are designed, installed, and maintained according to industry standards and project specifications. This role involves collaboration with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to achieve successful project outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems in construction projects.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to align MEP systems with project requirements.

Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals.

Conduct site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of MEP installations.

Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to construction challenges.

Prepare and manage the MEP budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Oversee the commissioning and handover of MEP systems to clients.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in MEP management, with at least 5 years in high?rise tower projects in UAE.

Strong knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, IPC, etc.).

Proven experience in managing large?scale MEP installations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and MEP software (AutoCAD, HAP, Revit, MS Project, etc.).
