Lead and oversee all MEP operations for building and fit-out projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
Manage and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and technical staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with UAE local authority regulations and international standards (DM, DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, Civil Defence).
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
Monitor project progress and performance, preparing detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Lead testing, commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring all systems meet operational and safety standards.
Identify risks, resolve complex technical or operational issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting best practices, innovative solutions, and sustainable MEP strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum
7+ years of UAE experience
in MEP site execution, including
fit-out projects
.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project execution, and coordination.
Familiarity with UAE codes and authority requirements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong Team Leadership & Team Management.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit or project management tools is a plus.
