MEP Manager
will report directly to the
Managing Director
and work closely with top management to achieve project and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day MEP operations and project execution.
Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site staff.
Oversee estimation, tendering, procurement, and authority approvals.
Ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost control on all projects.
Prepare progress, financial, and operational reports for the MD.
Requirements
15-20 years' MEP contracting experience in UAE
, including senior operations/management roles.
Strong technical knowledge (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and reporting skills.
