About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong MEP Manager to lead all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting works across high-rise residential and commercial projects.
The MEP Manager will be responsible for managing all MEP disciplines from planning through execution to commissioning and handover, ensuring integration with civil works and strict adherence to authority regulations, cost control, and timelines. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the UAE, managing end-to-end MEP works in high-rise buildings.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire scope of MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, and BMS systems) across multiple high-rise projects.
• Lead and coordinate with MEP engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure seamless MEP execution.
• Review MEP designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals, ensuring alignment with project specifications and local authority requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense (DCD), Etisalat, and other UAE regulatory standards.
• Develop and monitor MEP project schedules, budgets, manpower allocation, and procurement plans.
• Supervise and guide MEP engineers and site teams to achieve milestones, maintain quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections, technical audits, and quality checks of MEP works and equipment installations.
• Manage MEP testing, commissioning, and handover activities including preparation of O&M manuals and as-built documentation.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and authorities during design coordination, inspections, approvals, and handover.
• Report progress, delays, risks, and value engineering proposals to senior management.

• Proven leadership in MEP project delivery in high-rise developments.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and authority regulations in the UAE.
• Expertise in technical documentation, authority submissions, and commissioning.
• Effective coordination across civil and architectural disciplines.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MEP design tools.
• Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage project costs, subcontractors, and procurement schedules.
• Excellent communication and client/stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory); Master's Degree is a plus.
• Certification in PMP, LEED, or MEP project management is an advantage.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE, managing MEP works on high-rise projects.
