Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced
MEP Manager
to lead our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence, coordination, and delivery across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee MEP design and engineering across all project stages--from concept to construction. Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines. Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of MEP engineers and CAD/BIM technicians. Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and project-specific requirements. Attend client and consultant meetings; represent the firm with professionalism and technical authority. Oversee MEP procurement strategies, material submittals, and site installation reviews. Perform value engineering, risk assessments, and contribute to sustainability strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred). 15+ years of experience in MEP design and project leadership within a consultancy environment. Strong knowledge of local international codes. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MEP design software. Proven track record in managing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
