Job Description

Oversee the design, implementation, and commissioning of MEP systems on large-scale construction projects. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure efficient integration of MEP systems. Review and approve MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of MEP works. Manage and lead a team of MEP engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Conduct site inspections to verify quality, workmanship, and adherence to specifications. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and resolve issues. Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation as required for project control and quality assurance. Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising functionality or safety.

Pay: QAR19,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month

Master's (Preferred)
Experience:

MEP in Construction Projects: 7 years (Preferred)
Language:

English & Arabic (Preferred)
License/Certification:

PMP Certification I LEED or green Buildings Certification (Preferred)
