Key Responsibilities:

Keeping the client, PMC and head office and relevant departments reported and updated about project status and collaborate with other project managers and department heads to insure smooth project execution. In charge of all electro/mechanical works, ensure successful achievement of the project mission and responsible for all day-to-day activities. Manage the engineers, supporting staff and labor, determines all project execution requirements (technical and contractual). Evaluate the requirements of project resources (material, machinery, manpower as per schedule and arrange for the availability of the same. Monitors the project to ensure that the work neither overlooked nor duplicated and control the use of resources. Manage the store and procurements process and ensure its alignment with work progress. Coordinates and communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors and subcontractors. Develops and maintains project schedules, ensuring all tasks and millstones are met, review and approve and obtain approvals for submittals, project plans, schedules, samples, shop drawing, design details, work procedure, method statements. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays and establish recovery schedule. Ensure work execution comply with all regulatory reequipments and industry standards. Very Good knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing and electrical works and systems. Review and prepare shop drawings, coordination drawing, RCP drawing, builder works for MEPS system. Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technician, providing guidance and support as needed. Supervise the daily activity for MEP services. Monitor and assure the site work is executed as per approved MEP shop drawing. Ensure project completion within the budget and time limits, approve the final testing and commissioning, snagging and O&M manuals and participate in accepting handing over and carryout project closeout documents. Assist the QS to track deviations, changes, correct activity code and variation from contract and approve interim payments and contractor claims.
Qualifications:

BSC in Electrical Engineering (MOFA Attested) Experience: 10 - 15 years Must be in UAE UAE Driver's License (Preferred)
