Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all MEP systems across multiple construction sites. Review MEP designs and shop drawings for accuracy, functionality, and compliance with standards and client requirements. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and civil teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall building design. Monitor MEP subcontractors' performance to ensure quality, safety, cost control, and schedule adherence. Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and progress. Supervise testing and commissioning of all MEP systems, ensuring functionality and compliance with operational requirements. Liaise with procurement to source MEP equipment and materials that meet project specifications and timelines. Lead coordination meetings and manage clash detection using BIM (if applicable). Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and risk assessments for senior management. Ensure compliance with local codes, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and sustainability goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in MEP design and construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems. Experience in managing large-scale commercial, residential, Tower - High Rise or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other project coordination tools. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
