Mep Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the complete MEP scope of multiple projects, from planning to execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely completion within the agreed-upon parameters.
Lead and mentor the project team, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry regulations.
Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering "Only".
Minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in MEP project management
Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, codes, and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
