Job Description

MEP Maintenance Engineer



Requirements:



Minimum

5+ years' experience

in MEP maintenance (at least 3 years in Qatar).

UPDA grade (Any Grade)

is preferred.

Strong communication skills

Experience in maintenance of HVAC & MEP systems (chillers, package units, VRF/VRV, FAHUs, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, etc.).

Transferrable Visa with NOC

- Immediate availability.

Previous experience in

buildings, mixed-use developments, commercial and residential projects

.

Responsibilities:



Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for HVAC and MEP maintenance contracts.

Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

Conduct site surveys with clients to assess maintenance requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Plan, manage, and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance of HVAC systems and other systems.

Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.

Lead and train the maintenance team for efficient performance.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and checklists.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
