Position: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi- Al Mariyah Island
Responsibilities:
1- ITS System Maintenance & Operations.
2- Monitor and maintain ITS components such as CCTV, Video Incident Detection system, emergency telephones, OHVD, ANPR, VMS and SCADA systems.
3- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per industry standards.
4- Certified by OEM in system maintenance / operation is recommended.
5- Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis
6- System Integration
7- Coordination & Reporting.
8- Familiar with MEP systems, HVAC system, VRF,DX,CCU units.
9- Plumbing system - Booster pumps, Transfer pumps,Water tanks.
10- Electrical system - LV panels MDB,SMDB,DB, Capacitor banks, Generator, UPS.
11-Basic knowledge of Fire Alarm & Fire fighting system.
