Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a
Maintenance Engineer (MEP)
at K4 Technical Services in Dubai.As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of MEP systems. Additionally, you will monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades when necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
Should have 2 years of UAE Experience in a Facility Management Company
Prior experience in building maintenance, specifically in MEP systems Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in MEP systems Experience with maintenance tools and equipment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independentlyRelevant certifications and licenses in MEP systems and building maintenance are a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
