About the Role
Are you a seasoned MEP leader ready to shape some of the UAE's most iconic developments? This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-performing MEP division and drive excellence across large-scale, complex, and landmark projects.
As
MEP Head
, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee major project delivery, and work closely with top-tier consultants, contractors, and clients across the region.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the MEP division across multiple large-scale projects Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex MEP works Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and timely project completion Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders at executive level Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
Key Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
(mandatory)?
30+ years
of experience in MEP construction & project management? Proven delivery of
landmark UAE projects
valuedAED 500M - 4BN
, including:Airports Mega malls High-rise towers Hospitality & mixed-use developments Data centers & industrial facilities ? Strong regional experience working with leading consultants, contractors, and clients in the UAE? Strategic mindset with strong leadership and decision-making skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED38,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
