Supervise and manage technical installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within data center projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and project management teams.
Regularly monitor progress and quality of work.
Perform thorough inspections and ensure systems comply with technical standards.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
Maintain accurate project documentation and inspection records.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
5-7 years' supervisory experience in MEP projects, preferably within data centers.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
