Massoud National General Contracting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Coordinator with a Mechanical Engineering background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and a proven track record in managing MEP systems on high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities on site, ensuring smooth collaboration between disciplines and stakeholders. Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently through proactive coordination and communication. Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP-related works. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards. Manage and follow up on all authority inspections and approvals including DEWA, OCD, DDA, SIRA, etc. Ensure all work aligns with UAE construction standards and regulations. Utilize BIM and Revit tools to support coordination efforts (preferred).
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in MEP coordination, specifically within high-rise building projects. Strong coordination skills across all MEP disciplines. Familiarity with BIM/Revit software is a plus. In-depth knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations. Solid understanding of authority approval processes and inspection procedures.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
